Can we cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, the customer can cancel its order by sending an email on support@blenxer.com mentioning the order id and reason for cancellation of order. 

Conditions in which order cancellation can be initiated:-

1. The order must which have not been shipped from our end can be cancelled. 
2. Cancellation request must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order.
3. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Yes, Blenxer order can be cancelled by a customer by sending an email to support@blenxer.in from the registered email address.

What are the conditions under which an Order Cancellation can be initiated by a customer?

• Those orders which have not been shipped from our end can be cancelled.
• Cancellation request must be initiated within 2 hours of placing the order

If the order has been already dispatched, can a customer still Cancel the Order?

• Once the order is dispatched, Cancellation of Order is not possible.
